Went To A Farm Today!

I went to a place called Sweet Valley Farm today and I met a dog named Jed and a dog named Boone. They were very nice and quickly understood my aversion to having my behind sniffed at.

I met a cat named Monster who got very puffy whenever I got near. I couldn't understand why he wouldn't come out from under the truck at one point. I also saw some chickens. They didn't seem very friendly and ran whenever I got near them.

The coolest thing was meeting a horse named Cisco. He was sooooooo tall. I didn't want to scare him ~ so I kept my distance ~ for his peace of mind only, of course.

I also met a very nice lady named Karen who said I could come back there even though I chased her chickens. I am very, very sorry about that Karen lady.

I can't wait to go back there and smell me a chicken! Just kidding, Karen lady! :)

p.s. Sorry I haven't updated my blog in sooooooooooooo long. I moved to Oregon and I've been a little tired from all the excitement.

Halloween Party!

Woo Hoo! My first Halloween party at my absolute favorite place, Wags and Wiggles!! It was so much fun to see everyone! Of course Mommy and Daddy came along as well. I don't really know what a kitty is, but I did get a strong urge to chase Mommy around for some odd reason. Then Daddy kept saying something like "Exercise, Discipline, Affection" and doing "Tsst" to me alot. He also talked about whispering, I didn't understand. It was such a blast seeing all my friends there and dressed up. I was a ladybug myself and mighty cute if I must say so myself!

My friend Dot and her family came as candy corn. I guess her mommy mentioned they were going to come au natural, but then her mommy decided not to and that earned them a prize. Next time I'm going to say I'm coming as Cujo, including the rabid disposition, but then come as a bunny or something just to see if that gets ME a prize! That Dot's family is so cute.

I saw Laurie the angel there, but then another girl that was dressed like the angel normally dresses. That was very confusing to me. I also got to see a devil, but she totally smelled like Lysa, I saw right through that foolish trickery! I had so much fun!

Thank you to my W&W family for such a great time! Oh and Mommy and Daddy said they had fun too...whatever, this is about ME! ;)

RIP Tennis Ball

Sharp Daddy decided that after playing with a tennis ball, I could be left in the backyard with it while he went to answer a phone call. Did I mention sharp Daddy was sharp as a spoon? Please witness my intensely enjoyed experiment of "What's at the center of a "tuff-balls" Tennis ball. NUTHING! It's empty!! who knew?

Ocean Adventures

I've been to the ocean before, but this time was the best! Except I had to stay on the leash because I do tend to lose my mind around so many dogs, smells, people, things to chase, and so much potential FUN! Apparently the last time we went, Daddy got a little ticked when I couldn't find a decent place to do a little "business" that was anywhere near them. I had to run (not saunter, stroll or walk) down the beach, pretending not to hear my name, the word stop, or come back here RIGHT NOW, until I found a place that smelled right and ripe for business. I didn't mind coming back after that, but Daddy and his little blue bag apparently needed to go all the way to that same spot. I think I got blamed for that somehow, cause the leash went on after that.

Well beyond that though, as I mentioned before, I have a love/hate relationship with water. I really enjoy chasing the waves back out to sea, but I'm not sure how I feel about swimming, so I kinda hop through the waves to get to the next one that needs chasing and biting. The video gives a better explanation than words can. Watch and enjoy.

Mama got me a POOL!

I have this strange love/hate relationship with water. On the one paw I don't care for it squirted directly on me. On the other hand, I love to bite it. I guess that makes it a hate/hate relationship! Well, ever since I went to the beach and chased the white caps of the waves (no one took pictures OR video of THAT excitement!) Mama has been thinking about how I might like a pool. Suddenly her eyes spy a pool with the word FREE written on it. Suspiciously it happens to be right in front of the house that got a full sized version. Hmmm...coincidence? Well I have no idea what she wants me to do with that silly thing. Then she starts to fill it up... it's GO time! Time for some biting, and chasing and scratching to get at the little critters that are really (pictured) on the bottom! I could do this for hours! Daddy got a new car - and he let me drive it!

Well - maybe it only looks like I'm flying down the road because of the flames! Still - I can't wait to get my license and take it for a spin. Turns out the license I have doesn't do it. Weird! Why aren't they all the same?

One Year

Usually I do the posts and Daddy and Mommy just watch in fascination. Daddy asked if he could post once. I'm going to let him, but just this once. Don't get any funny ideas daddy!

Just wanted to mention that we've had Molly for one year now. It's been a good year with a rocky start. We thought she might never learn to only go outside, but she has. We thought she'd never be able to sleep the night through, but she does. We thought she'd stop licking our toes when we weren't looking and freaking us out. Well, two out of three ain't bad.

New puppies are hard, not as hard as babies, but hard. That cute face of hers got us through. Every time she wouldn't listen or got into something, she'd just give us those eyes. I think that's why they're born so cute....puppies and babies.

Anyway, she comes up with something new everyday to make us laugh. She sleeps at the foot of the bed, she goes when we tell her to, she only chews on her toys (well, and plants in the yard), and she minds pretty well - - she's a great dog.

Just thought you should know.

I gots me a haircut!

It was really starting to get hot out (little did I know the weather would be all over the place day to day). So I complained and got myself a spiffy new haircut. I LOVE it!

I found a new favorite spot to sleep in the house. It's upstairs on these super comfortable chairs right by the window. That way I can enjoy the birdies chirping, the smells of the outside, and the breeze ablowin' from the comfort of my own comfy chair. I wonder if I could get them to drag this thing out to the backyard?

Did ya see the Big Game?

I guess I'm a little slow, but I watched the big game! It was awesome. Daddy video taped me watching - I don't understand why? It was just soooo interesting!

Christmas Day!

What a super great day. Lots of relaxing, sleeping and some cute presents! Not much more to tell, so here's a picture.

Christmas Part 2

As far as I'm concerned, I don't get to spend enough time at my "real" home - daycare. Mommy and Daddy decided to go to some place they called Las Vegas with Grandpa, Grandma and Grandpa. I like them all, they smell nice. I didn't get to smell them though, because I got to go to Wags and Wiggles. I L O V E that place! Usually I get in the door, hear something like "we'll miss..." and I can't really hear anything else until I'm in back with all my blue-shirted two leggers and 4 legged (proper amount of fur on their body) friends. No offense, but Mommy and Daddy and those tall ones just don't have enough hair on them to be trusted! Where was I? Oh yeah, Wags and Wiggles was so fun.. oh wait, no, Las Vegas, that's it. So they went and stayed at some big hotel thingy and saw a circus show called Ka. When they got home they said it was fun, but they have no idea what fun is. My Christmas Month - Part 1

What a great and fun month it's been! I turned 1 year old, as you may know from below. But they have this thing called Christmas! Apparently, people spend time together, frolic and have a great deal of fun. I didn't understand most of it. What I did notice was some cute little petters come over. They were fun. I guess some food gets decorated before you eat it. Talk about prolonging the agony! I'm a "it hits the ground and it's gone" kinda girl myself. You can decorate it before I know about it, but if I catch wind that it's food, then don't bother. Just get it down here, I'll do my sitting, and we'll get on with this thing! Here's some pictures of the sweeties that came to pet me.

But after that, they gave me a cute little Santa on a rope. I don't know what a Santa is, but its parts chew off pretty easy. They took him away and I ended up with just the rope, which I liked too.


OH and they brought this really cute pawrubbing thingy! It looks like a flower, but doesn't smell like a flower. The little petter always wears the shoes that are shown on top of it. They are very very very cute, but I don't want to bite them - so I don't.



So THAT was good day!!

My Birthday

Well Sunday was my very first birthday! Mommy and Daddy decided to have a party cause I love to meet people! We got a kitty pinata (what's a kitty?) and we had cupcakes and I got lots of fun presents! Lots of fun new edibles and toys to play with!

There was a sign and balloons for me! Those balloons scared the crap outa me though - I had to run around those stupid things twice or three times before they were kindly hung up and out of my way!

Mommy found some super cute napkins, but somedog stepped on almost all of them!

Daddy made cupcakes and Mommy decorated them.

I got a cute lipstick so I can look pretty for future guests!

Mommy made me a cupcake too! I don't mean to be critical, but it tasted like dogfood with peanutbutter on top.

I had to taste test every last bit of it and lick the grass clean to be sure, but I'm positive that's what it was!

All in all - a pretty spectacular day for me - I must say. I think I'd like to turn a year old every week.

August PJ Party!!

I've been invited to a PJ party and we picked out such a cute pair! SO cute! I didn't get to go, but I did get to keep the PJs. Oh - and you can see a new toy friend too. His name is Horny - cause he's a rhinosaurus. Get it? He's squeaky in so many places and crinkles, and honks! It's spectacular. I won't say he's a new boyfriend, but I will say I sure like him.
